RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to Collartails.com within 72hours from the time of delivery. Mail us at support@yaktein.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost. 
  • No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 72 hours of receiving the shipment
  • All returned products should be completely unused and unhampered.
  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  • Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.

Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges.

REFUND POLICY

  • The items should be unused & unhampered for hygiene reasons.
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 72 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
  • In case of cancellation, the money will be refunded to the source account.
  • The product should have the original packaging. Without the original tags the product will not be accepted.
  • In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, the seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.Â
